1 Day Event Rental

Event Rentals includes: Cleaning fee, tables, chairs and speaker equipment. You are able to get into the facility as early as 8am the morning of your event and you must be picked up and out of the facility by midnight. You are responsible for taking out the trash and taking your personal belongings with you. The Cleaning fee covers a crew to come in and sweep, mop, wipe down tables and chairs in the Hall. We provide enough seating for 240 people. Max capacity is 300 people.

1 Day Wedding Rental

You are able to get in as early as 5pm on day prior to your event but must be cleaned up and out of the facility by Midnight the night of your event. You are responsible for taking out the trash and taking your personal belongings with you. The Cleaning fee covers a crew to come in and sweep, mop, wipe down tables and chairs in the Hall as well as the suites. We provide enough seating for 240 people. Max capacity is 300 people.

Weekend Wedding Rental

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $1,000.00
• Weekend Wedding Rental: $5,500.00

Weekend Wedding Rental include: Cleaning fee, tables, chairs, speaker equipment, and use of the bride and groom suites. You are able to get in as early as 8am on Friday prior to your event but must be cleaned up and out of the facility by Midnight on Sunday. You are responsible for taking out the trash and taking your personal belongings with you. The Cleaning fee covers a crew to come in and sweep, mop, wipe down tables and chairs in the Hall as well as the suites. We provide enough seating for 240 people. Max capacity is 300 people.
There is no sleeping in the facility and all music must end no later than midnight according to the McGregor City Ordinance.
